Everyday Upkeep
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require a minimum visit time?
Yes. All services have a 2-hour minimum. This allows us to work efficiently and provide meaningful value during each visit.
Are subscriptions month-to-month?
Subscriptions have a 3-month minimum term. After 3 months, they continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
What happens if everything doesn’t get done in one visit?
Services are time-based, not task-based. We prioritize items based on condition, season, and homeowner input. Any remaining items can be addressed during a future visit or during additionally scheduled time.
Do unused subscription hours roll over?
No. Each subscription visit includes up to 2 hours and unused time does not roll over to future months.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not necessarily. As long as access is provided and expectations are clear, some clients are not home during service visits.
Do you supply materials?
Homeowners typically supply consumable materials (filters, bulbs, batteries). This keeps costs transparent and allows you to choose your preferred products. However, if you cannot get these items, Everyday Upkeep can provide consumable materials at an additional cost.
Can you do work outside the subscription during a visit?
Yes. Additional time can be added at a discounted hourly rate, subject to availability and approval.
Are you insured?
Yes. Everyday Upkeep operates as a properly registered Ohio business and carries appropriate insurance for the services provided.
